- drink 2 liters/8 cups of water minimum
- stretch and breathe deeply during breaks
- practice handstands
- go for an hour walk
- listen to podcast during walk
- learn about a new country
- practice new language
- sleep early
🏃♂️ Weekly Habits
- exercise 15 mins 3x a week
- do cardio 15 mins 2x a week
- take vitamin B12 once a week
- fast for 24 hours once a week
👽 Random Habits
- turn off all notifications on phone, no vibrations, no flash, no sounds
- keep phones out of the bedroom for better sleep
- brushing teeth for 30 seconds each row while balancing on one foot to practice balance
- absolutely no snacking during breaks
- cook and eat food with left hand to promote ambidexterity
- stand for half the day and sit in a meditation pose for the remaining time to help with blood circulation
